Shopping Basics

Orders can be placed on our website, add item to shopping basket/cart.

Follow the order process by filling in your contact and delivery address details as requested.

Then complete your order with paying online. A confirmation email will be sent if your order has gone through successfully.

If you have not received an email, you may have entered an incorrect email address.
We are unable to update the email address once you have placed your order. Contact our customer team slay@baddie-bags.com to help track your order.

Orders cannot be split, so the whole order needs to go on hold, until the pre-order item has arrived in stock.

If you not wish for this to occur and would like to receive your item which is in stock first, then please order the in stock item and then order the pre order item separately.

Order Queries

We are not able to edit the order once you have placed it.

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed and shipped for delivery.

If the order has already been shipped for delivery, please return the items for a refund once you receive them. (Please note you will be required to pay for the postal return charges). Please follow our returns steps.

Please contact us via email with your order number, our customer service team will respond within 48 hours, Monday-Friday.

If you suspect that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team before returning any items, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will advise you on how to proceed.

Please do not use any faulty or incorrect items after finding the fault, as we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT: Damaged items that have been used will NOT be accepted and will be returned back to their sender. This also includes any items outside of the return period.

Due to popular demand, our standard non pre-ordered items can sell out quickly.

We try our very best to keep stock levels up to date for our standard items, however, our website may not always update quickly enough while you are placing your order.

We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If you have ordered more than one item, the rest of your order will be dispatched.

Pre – Ordered Items

Once the item you have purchased on pre-order arrives in stock, we aim to send this out the next working day, on your chosen method of delivery at the time of ordering.

All pre-orders are subject to a dispatch date change. Should this occur, you should be advised via email where you may cancel your order for a refund or await the new dispatch date.

Please note, pre order items can take up to 5 weeks to arrive in stock.
