Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• You are responsible for paying postage for returning an item

• To return an item, please send an email to slay@baddie-bags.com containing the following information: Order number, item product name, total number of items being returned and the reason for the return.

• Please include packaging delivery invoice returns slip; in order for us to process your return

• When returning the parcel to us, you must obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to us. The item is your responsibility until the item arrives back to us safely. We recommend that you send the parcel back using recorded delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

• Damaged items that have been used will NOT be accepted and will be returned back to their sender. This also includes any items outside of the return period.

• Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges.
You can return the item to us with tags on and un-used.
Then place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

Refunds

When your return has been delivered to us, it can take the returns team up to 15 working days to process your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email.
The returns team will then process your refund within 5 working days, please allow the following time for the funds to show in your account.
