Our VIP bags are made to order, especially for you!

How does it work?
1. Simply place an order for your bag (add item to shopping cart + check out)
2. We will notify you via email once your pre-ordered item is ready to be dispatched to you. There is approximately a 3-4 week production time on VIP bags
3. How long does pre-ordered items take to be delivered?
Once the item you have purchased on pre-order arrives into stock, we aim to send this out the next working day, on your chosen method of delivery at the time of ordering.
4. What happens if the pre-order arrival, runs past the allocated date?
All pre-orders are subject to a dispatch date change. Should this occur, you should be advised via email where you may cancel your order for a refund or await the new dispatch date. Please note, pre order items can take up to 5 weeks to arrive in stock.
5. What will happen if I order a pre-order item, and an item that is in stock?
Orders cannot be split, so the whole order needs to go on hold, until the pre-order item has arrived in stock. If you not wish for this to occur and would like to receive your item which is in stock first, then please order the in stock item and then order the pre order item separately.
